The night
The weekend is not over until you say so.
There is a particular kind of person who refuses to give Sunday back, and The Flower was made for them. While the rest of the city is setting alarms, the lounges here are filling with people who would rather have one more night. The light is lower, the pace is easier, and nobody is in a hurry to be anywhere else.
Sunday is the night the room exhales. The sofas feel deeper. The conversations run longer. A bottle shared between friends lasts the way it should, and the hookah goes round slowly while the ceiling drifts from amber to green overhead. It is the same room and the same service you know from the weekend, turned down to a warm glow.
