Belonging
Every great room has its regulars: the ones the host greets by name, the ones whose corner is ready, the ones who never have to explain how they like their night. The Flower Society is how you become one of them, and how that welcome follows you from one visit to the next.
Membership starts simply. Your name is on the list, your digital membership card is on your phone, and you are among the first to hear when a night is announced or reservations open. From there it grows with you. The more evenings you spend in the starlit hall, the lounge and the patio, the better the house knows you, and the more it can do for you.
That is why it matters. A membership turns a good night out into a standing relationship: earlier access when a Friday is in demand, a more personal welcome at the rope, invitations that do not go out to everyone, and a team that already knows the occasion when you bring your crew for a birthday.
There are four tiers, Seed, Bloom, Orchid and Black Rose. Think of them as four stages of being known. Each one is set out below, with what it includes and how to make it yours.
The best nights begin before you arrive, with a room that is already expecting you.

How it works
Free and paid
Where everyone begins
Seed is free to join and yours to keep. It puts your name on the list and your membership card on your phone, and it makes you one of the first to hear about nights, openings and reservations.
From Seed, your tier grows the natural way: by showing up. Every night you spend with us is remembered, and the house recognises you a little more each time.
For those who would rather not wait
A paid plan places you in its tier right away, from your very first night. Choose Bloom, Orchid or Black Rose and the welcome, the access and the attention of that tier are yours for as long as your plan runs.
Plans are billed monthly and renew until you cancel. Your nights still count while you hold a plan, so the standing you build is always your own.
Either way, you hold one tier at a time: the higher of the tier your nights have earned and the tier your plan gives you. Nobody is moved down for choosing to begin at Seed.
Billing, plainly
A paid plan is billed monthly and renews until you cancel. It suits a first season with us as well as it suits the regulars, because you can stop whenever you like.
Before any payment you see the amount, the billing period and the date your plan renews, and you confirm them. Afterwards your account keeps the same details in view, along with a receipt for every payment.
There are no surprises part way through a month. An upgrade begins a fresh billing month on the day you make it. A move to a lower plan, or a cancellation, waits until the month you have paid for is over. You are always told the date a change takes effect before you agree to it.
The full wording lives in the membership terms.
Your place in the Society is ready when you are.
Choose a tier, sign in, review what it includes, and your membership card is on your phone tonight.
How you progress
Black Rose is the inner circle, and it is kept deliberately small. Your account always shows the tier you hold and how you are progressing, so you never have to wonder where you stand.
Rewards
Every night you spend at The Flower as a member counts. Arrive, show your card, and the evening is added to your story with us.
The bottle for the table, the hookah, the catfish and wings that arrive hot at three in the morning. What you enjoy at your table earns points too.
Exchange your points for rewards chosen by the house: thoughtful extras for you and your crew, refreshed through the seasons.
Using a reward never costs you your tier. The rewards on offer are revealed at launch, and your account shows what you have collected and what it can become. Please enjoy responsibly.

Your membership card
Your membership card is digital. It lives in your account, carries your name and your tier, and holds a code your host can scan the moment you arrive. Nothing to print, nothing to remember, nothing to lose at the bottom of a bag.
Showing it is what lets the house recognise you: it is how tonight is added to your history, and how the team knows to greet you the way your tier deserves. As your tier changes, your card changes with it.
Your account sits behind the card. It shows your plan and your tier together, the date your plan renews, a receipt for every payment, and the rewards within your reach. Changing or cancelling your plan takes a moment and never needs a phone call.
The Flower is for adults of legal drinking age. Valid ID is checked at the door. Your membership card identifies you as a member. It is not a ticket or proof of age, and your reservation or ticket is still what holds your place on the night.
Gift memberships
Some people are impossible to buy for, and most of them love a good night out. A gift membership hands someone their place in the Society: a card with their name on it, and a room that will come to know them.
Gift memberships are on their way. The launch list will be the first to hear when you can choose a plan for a friend, a partner or the guest of honour.
For birthdays, for milestones, for the friend who always finds the best table.
