The essentials.
The Flower is for adults of legal drinking age, and valid ID is checked at the door. A reservation request is confirmed once the venue confirms it. Prices, deposits and cancellation and refund terms are always shown before you pay.
Everything else on this page is the detail behind those three sentences.
01
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and the pages on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
“The Flower”, “we” and “us” mean the business that operates the venue known as The Flower. The operator’s registered details will be published here before bookings open.
Reservations and tickets, ordering from your table and The Flower Society each have their own terms. You are shown those, and asked to accept them, at the moment you use each one.
02

Information on this site
This site describes the venue and what it offers so you can plan your night. It is an invitation, not a contract of sale.
- Prices. The price that applies to you is the one shown when you reserve or order, or the one given to you by your host at the venue. Taxes and service charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- Nights and hours. Hours and programming can change from night to night. The details for each night are shared before it.
- Admission. Entry is always at the discretion of the door and depends on door policy, capacity and a valid ID checked in person.
- Availability. Sections, bottles, menu items and experiences depend on the night and may change or sell out.
- What is coming. Services described as coming soon are announced when they open. Their details may change before then.
- Membership. The privileges of The Flower Society are set out when membership opens. Membership rewards are not a promise of complimentary alcohol.
04
The launch list
Joining the launch list means agreeing to receive email about The Flower and the subjects you select. You are on the list once you confirm by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any message.
Being on the list does not by itself reserve a section, buy a ticket, open an account or make you a member. Please give us only an email address that is yours. The privacy notice explains what is kept.
05
Opening soonAccounts
A guest account lets you reserve, hold your pass and join The Flower Society. These rules apply to every account:
- One account per person. Give accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- An account is for adults of legal drinking age. Holding one is not proof of age and does not replace the ID check at the door.
- Team, promoter and entertainer access is granted by the venue to an account and can be removed by the venue.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to commit fraud, or to abuse the team or other guests.
- You can ask for a copy of your account details, or for their removal, from the privacy page of your account.
06
Coming soonReservations, tickets and orders
When you reserve a section, buy a ticket or order from your table, the terms for that service are shown to you first. These points apply to all of them:
- A reservation request is not confirmed until the venue confirms it.
- The price, any deposit and the cancellation and refund terms are shown before you pay.
- Your digital pass is personal to your reservation or ticket. It is checked at the door together with your ID.
- A reservation or a ticket does not replace door policy. Entry remains at the discretion of the door.
- Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age, and the team may decline service. Please enjoy responsibly.
07
Fair use
Use the site the way a guest would. In particular, do not:
- submit someone else’s email address, or sign people up without their knowledge;
- use scripts or bots to submit forms, hold sections or collect content in bulk;
- try to get around sign-in, verification steps or limits on how often a form can be sent;
- probe, scan or test the site for weaknesses without written permission from the operator;
- interfere with the site, or attempt to reach information that is not yours;
- resell, transfer or forge passes, tickets or reservations, unless the terms for that service allow it;
- pass yourself off as The Flower, its team or its partners;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We limit how quickly forms can be submitted and may block traffic that looks automated.
08
Visiting the venue
These are terms for a website. Your visit is governed by the venue’s house rules and door policy and by the law where it operates.
The Flower is for adults of legal drinking age. Valid ID is checked at the door. Door policy and admission are shared before each night. Nothing you do on this website verifies your age or guarantees entry.
09
Name, logo and media
The Flower name and logo, the photographs and video of the venue, its posters, and the words and design of this site belong to the operator or are used with permission.
- You are welcome to view the site and share links to it.
- Please do not copy, edit, redraw or reuse the logo, or use the name in a way that suggests you speak for the venue or are endorsed by it.
- Please do not reuse the venue’s photographs, footage or posters, commercially or otherwise, without written permission.
- Brand names on the bottle list belong to their owners and are shown to describe what the venue serves.
A channel for press and partnership requests will be announced with the opening. See contact.

Other services and links
The site relies on a few outside services for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. They are described in the privacy notice.
If we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content. News from The Flower is announced on this site and to the launch list first.
11
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep this site accurate and available. Details can change from night to night, so please rely on the confirmation you receive for a reservation, ticket or order, and on what is shared before each night, when you make plans that cost you money or travel.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information on this site instead of a confirmation. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
12
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established. The operator’s registered details, and the governing law and courts that follow from them, will be published here before bookings open. Any rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live are not affected.
13
Changes
We update these terms as new services open. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Changes apply from the time they are posted, and they are never applied backwards to something you have already reserved or bought.
14
Contact
A contact for questions about these terms, and an address for formal notices, will be published here before bookings open. In the meantime, the contact page shows how to reach the team.
