Introduction
A late night has its own appetite. Nobody at 3 AM wants a tasting menu or a wine pairing. You want something hot in the middle of the table, a bottle within reach, a hookah passing from hand to hand and the people you came with close enough to hear.
The menu at The Flower is written for exactly that. The kitchen sends out plates you eat with your hands and fight over politely. The bottle list is short on purpose, with the names you already know and love. And because the best nights are the ones nobody has to organise, every VIP section brings its bottles and its hookah together, ready when you sit down.

On the menu
The late-night kitchen
The kitchen stays open until 5 AM on Fridays.
There is a moment in every long night when the table goes quiet and somebody says what everyone is thinking. That is when the kitchen earns its keep. Catfish, shrimp, wings, mozzarella sticks and fries: five plates, all made to share, all brought straight to your section.
It is food that understands the hour. Nothing needs a knife or a place setting. Everything arrives hot, lands in the middle of the table and disappears faster than you ordered it. A plate of wings between friends does more for a night than any speech.
Order early to set the table up for the evening, or wait for the second wind. On Fridays the kitchen runs until 5 AM, so the answer to the question is yes for almost as long as the doors are open.

Bottle service is the centre of a night at The Flower. You choose, the bottle arrives at your section and the table becomes yours for the evening. No queue at the bar, no shouting an order over the music, no losing half the group every time someone wants a drink.
The house list covers four shelves. Tito's for the vodka drinkers. A deep run of tequila, from Patron and Cazadores through Don Julio in blanco, reposado and anejo. Hennessy, Dusse, Remy and 1738 for the cognac table. Moet Rose for the toast.
And then there is 1942. Tall, unmistakable and saved for the nights that deserve it, it is the bottle that turns heads on its way across the room.

A section is your own lounge inside the room: deep sofas, low tables, a velvet rope and a team looking after you. It comes with bottle service and a hookah, so the night is set the moment you sit down. All you decide is how many of you are coming.
The Section is the easy way to turn a night out into a night to remember. The Double gives a bigger group room to stay a while. The Full Table is made for birthdays, with ten of you and three bottles. And The Stage puts twenty of you at the centre of the room with six bottles, for the nights that need an entrance.
Online reservations are opening soon. You will be able to choose your night, pick your section and settle everything before you leave the house. Pricing is shared when you reserve, and your host confirms the details for the night.

Friday: Ladies Night
Fridays
Friday nights belong to the ladies. Step into an atmosphere of music, style, late-night energy, and unforgettable moments. Bring your crew, settle into the vibe, and let the night unfold.
Friday is the night the whole menu comes out to play. Doors open at midnight and run until six. The kitchen keeps sending plates until five. Bottle service, hookah and the patio are yours all night, so the evening can move from the sofa to the open air and back again as often as you like.

Hookah
Hookah sets the pace of a night at The Flower. It is the thing that slows the table down, keeps everyone in their seats and turns an hour into three. The smoke drifts up into the violet light, the sofa gets deeper and the conversation gets better.
Hookah is available at your section all night, and one is included with every VIP section.
Your server will set it up at your table and keep it going through the night. On Fridays you can take a break on the patio and come back to a table that is still glowing. Ask your server what is available tonight and they will look after the rest.
Zero-proof and soft
Not everyone at the table is drinking, and nobody should feel like an afterthought. The designated driver, the friend with an early start, the guest who simply prefers it that way: they are part of the night too, and they should have something worth raising.
Zero-proof and soft options are available at the bar all night. Ask your server and they will bring them to your section alongside everything else, so the whole table can toast together.
The same goes for pacing a long night. Something cold and soft between rounds, and a plate from the kitchen, is how the best evenings make it all the way to sunrise.
