Flower Screen Network

Your business,on the screensinside the house.

The Flower runs its own screens through the night. Local businesses can take a place in that rotation: one image or one short silent video, shown between the house's own slides.

How it works

Four steps, and a person at each one.

01
Choose and send
Pick a package and the dates you want, upload your artwork and tell us where guests should go.
02
We review it
The team looks at the artwork and the dates. We may ask for a change, and we may decline.
03
We agree the details
You hear back by e-mail with the dates, the package and how to pay. No payment is taken on this site.
04
It runs
Your artwork joins the rotation on the dates agreed, and leaves it when they end.

Packages

Rates on request.

The house is setting its rates for the screens. Tell us what you have in mind and we will reply with what is available for your dates.

Use the form below, or write to partnerships@theflowerafterhours.com.

Artwork

One image or one short video.

Shape: 16:9, landscape
1920 × 1080 pixels fills the screen edge to edge.
Still image: JPEG, PNG or WebP
Up to 8 MB.
Video: MP4, up to 30 seconds
Up to 40 MB. It plays without sound, so put the message on screen.
QR code: If you want one
We place a small code in the corner that opens your web address. The address must start with https://

Keep it simple. A screen across a room is read in a few seconds: a name, one line, and where to find you.

Large type, strong contrast and a dark background sit best in the house. Leave the bottom right corner clear if you want a QR code.

Request

Tell us what you want to run.

This sends a request to the team. It is not a booking and it does not charge you.

Terms

The terms, in plain words.

Every artwork is reviewed before it runs. A person on the team looks at each image and video. Nothing you upload is shown anywhere until that has happened.
The house may decline. We may turn down any artwork or request, or ask for a change, and we may take a placement down. If we take down something you have paid for, we will tell you and settle it with you directly.
No payment is taken online. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Payment is arranged with the team once the dates are agreed.
No audience numbers are promised. We do not promise or estimate how many people will see a screen, and we do not sell impressions. On request we can tell you how many times your artwork was played and, if you used a QR code, how many times it was scanned.
Your artwork must be yours to use. You confirm that you own it or have permission for everything in it, and that it is lawful and honest. The house is a venue for adults; artwork should suit it.
Your details stay with the team. The name, e-mail and phone number you give are used to reply to this request. See the privacy notice.
