The night the room dresses up for.
Friday is the night The Flower dresses up for. The doors open at midnight, the hall is washed in violet, and a slow field of stars is already moving across the ceiling by the time you and your crew walk in. This is Ladies Night, and the room is set with you in mind: the sections roped and ready, the lounges waiting, the patio open all night.
It is a night made to be shared. Come as two and find a corner, or come as ten and take a full table. Sink into the deep sofas of the corner lounge, send for a hookah, raise the first glass and let the music do what it does after midnight. Nobody is watching the clock. The night runs until 6 AM, and it has more than one chapter.
When the hour gets late and somebody says they could eat, the kitchen is still going. Catfish, shrimp, wings, mozzarella sticks and fries come out hot until 5 AM. Step out to the patio, catch the air, hear each other for a minute, then go back in for one more song.
