Storiesfromafter dark.

Some of the best hours of a life are spent after midnight, in a room full of people who are not ready to go home. They are the hours of long conversations and sudden decisions, of the friend who orders one more round and the song that pulls everyone off the sofa. They rarely get written down.

The Flower Journal is our way of giving those hours their due. It is where we share how we think about the night: the feeling of being recognised when you walk in, the small theatre of a bottle arriving at your table, the particular kindness of hot food at three in the morning. These are the ideas The Flower is made of.

Start with the three stories below. One is about belonging, and the membership we call The Flower Society. One is about the art of the VIP night. And one is about hospitality after midnight, which is the reason we open the doors at all. Together they are the clearest picture of the night we want to give you.
